Description
Sense evoking, organic plate suitable both for interior decoration and food presentation. Koishi means stone in Japanese and has given its name to a series of barrels that move in the boundary between sculpture and function. Handmade from wheelthrown stoneware and sculpted by hand to get its organic character. The surface is unglazed and polished soap-stone smooth after firing to elevate the tactile experience.
This item is handmade by Wildcrafted Studio in Stockholm. Each piece is uniquely crafted, variations in colour and size may occur.
